Preparation

  1. Combine water and phosphate together using a stir bar and stir plate.  Mix until solution is clear.  
  2. Add the salt and mix until. Clear. 
  3. Add the other dry ingredients and mix until combined. 
  4. Add the Red Arrow product and combine.  
  5. Use 15% marinade to 85% chicken.    
  6. Vacuum tumble for 30 minutes. 
  7. Bake at 350°F at ½ fan in the convection oven for 17 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
