Preparation
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and saute until tender.
- Add green chiles, ancho chile powder, cumin and creole seasoning; stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add beans, chicken stock and the Red Arrow product.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes.
