Preparation

  1. Blend the dry ingredients together and combine with the ground turkey.   
  2. Add the Red Arrow products and combine with the meat mixture.  
  3. Portion and form into patties.  
  4. Chill for 1 hour. 
  5. Coat with patties with egg wash, flour, egg wash, panko crumbs. 
  6. Chill the breaded patties for 30 minutes before frying.
