Preparation

  1. In a hot wok add oil and Samal Oelek, sauté for 30 seconds, add the peppers, shallots and black pepper, sauté for two minutes.
  2. Add the sugar and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add remaining ingredients including Red Arrow product.
  4. Simmer until it thickens to sauce consistency.
  5. In a separate sauté pan, sear shrimp in ho t oil until about half cooked. Add sauce at a 2 parts shrimp to 1 part sauce ratio.  Simmer until shrimp is just done.
