Preparation

  1. Combine the water and milk in a sauce pot and place over medium heat.
  2. Combine the starch, gum and salt together and whisk into the sauce pot.
  3. Heat the mixture to 190°F and then add the Velveeta cheese cut into small pieces..
  4. Heat until melted and then remove from heat.    
  5. Add the Red Arrow products and combine.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
