Preparation

  1. Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat.  Add some vegetable oil.  
  2. When the oil is hot, add the mushrooms and onions. Sauté until the onions are translucent.  
  3. Puree the onion and mushroom mixture and cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.  
  4. Combine the Red Arrow product to the mushroom mixture and remaining ingredients except the oils in a tabletop mixer using the whip attachment.  Mix on low speed for 1 minute.
  5. While the mixer is running, slowly drizzle the oils in.
  6. Refrigerate until use.
Other Recommended Flavors:

CharOil Mesquite: adds a sharp Mesquite note to the dressing.. 
Usage rate: 0.05%

Roastin' 1013: a rich roasted chicken flavor with a fatty dark meat note blends wonderfully with the mushroom flavor of the dressing.
Usage rate: 1%
