Preparation
- Blend the black pepper, salt, plain breadcrumbs together in a separate dish.
- Blend the egg, water and Red Arrow product together in a separate dish. Add to 99.65% of below mixture.
- Add the dry mixture and the wet mixture into the ground beef and combine until uniform.
- Form in to 20 – 25 gram balls.
- Bake at 350ºF for 8 minutes in a convection oven.
