Preparation
- Saute the onions and mushrooms slices and set aside.
- Mix the water, salt and butter and heat to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Add the Red Arrow product and mix.
- Add the dehydrated potatoes and mix.
- Add the egg mixture and chives and mix until combined.
- Pipe the potatoes unto rosettes on a greased sheet pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
