Preparation
- Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, panko, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, tabasco, paprika, salt, pepper and the Red Arrow product together in a bowl until just combined.
- Measure out about 70 grams mixture and form into patties.
- Heat 1/2-inch vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until simmering.
- Add patties and cook on both sides until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Reduce heat at any point to prevent burning and add more oil if needed.
