SELENA DARROW joined Red Arrow as Corporate Chef in October 2016. Selena has a Culinary Arts degree from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI. Previous to Red Arrow, Selena ran her own recipe consulting business and was Senior Test Kitchen Manager at Pinnacle Foods / Birds Eye Foods. In her spare time, she likes to travel, spend time with her husband Andy and daughter, Micayla, and cheer for the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and Wisconsin Badgers.
Beyond culinary skills, we are well versed in sensory. Red Arrow interacts frequently with sales, marketing and R&D to flavor map customer’s products.
