Preparation

  1.  Toss tomatoes, olive oil, salt and Red Arrow product together in a bowl until well coated.
  2. Spread tomatoes on a foil lined baking sheet and cook in a preheated 400°F oven until soft and tender, about 30 minutes.
  3. Layer tomatoes with slices of mozzarella and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
