Preparation

  1. Blend the black pepper, salt, plain breadcrumbs together in a separate dish.
  2. Blend the egg, water and Red Arrow product together in a separate dish. Add to 99.65% of below mixture.
  3. Add the dry mixture and the wet mixture into the ground beef and combine until uniform.  
  4. Form in to 20 – 25 gram balls.
  5. Bake at 350ºF for 8 minutes in a convection oven.
