Preparation

  1. Cook pasta in salt water until done.  Rinse in cool water and set aside.
  2. Combine the butter and flour in a sauce pan and cook until the roux doesn’t stick to the sides.
  3. Add the salt, milk, cream and bring to a simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cheeses and stir until melted.
  5. Add the Red Arrow product.
  6. Fold into cooked pasta and reheat in a 350°F oven until cooked.
