Preparation

  1. Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, honey mirin, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, sesame seeds, gochujang and Red Arrow product in the bowl of a food processer. Mix until well combined.
  2. Use 15% marinade to 85% chicken. Vacuum tumble for 30 minutes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and top with a rack. Coat rack with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange chicken on rack.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
