Preparation

  1. Gently mix onion, garlic, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, saoy sauce, salt, pepper and Red Arrow product together until just combined.
  2. Form into 20 gram meatballs.
  3. Preheat oil to 375 degrees. Fry meatballs in batches until fully cooked.Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
