Preparation

  1. Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, panko, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, tabasco, paprika, salt, pepper and the Red Arrow product together in a bowl until just combined.
  2. Measure out about 70 grams mixture and form into patties.
  3. Heat 1/2-inch vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until simmering.
  4. Add patties and cook on both sides until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Reduce heat at any point to prevent burning and add more oil if needed.
