Preparation

  1.  Melt butter in a large stockpot. Add onions, celery and carrots. Saute until onions are translucent.
  2. Add chicken, chicken broth, bay leaf and Red Arrow product to soup. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Stir in zucchini noodles, salt and pepper. Simmer until zucchini is tender. Remove bay leaves and stir in parsley before serving.
