Customized Trolley Drench Systems

Red Arrow Equipment has produced a Condensed Natural Smoke™ shower chamber to fit most smokehouse trolleys. Our wheel cover design does not allow contact of the Condensed Natural Smoke™ with the trolley wheels. The Red Arrow Condensed Natural Smoke™ trolley drenching system improves product color and flavor consistency and reduces the time needed for smoking. This in turn reduces the overall processing time.
