Red Arrow’s char flavors emulate the genuine charring profile that is achieved when a food stuff is cooked over high intensity heat. Our char flavors range from the profile that is associated with the char marks on protein cooked on a white-hot grill grate to the flavors created from the blistering effect imposed by fire roasting foods. We also have multi-dimensional flavors such as charred beef that provide a well-rounded flavor profile incorporating elements beyond a straight-forward char profile
These flavors are often used in conjunction with our other cooking flavors to develop a well-rounded multi-dimensional flavor experience, but can also be used individually to complement a sauce, salsa and many other food products.
